  • Recipient of the 2007 Outstanding Human Performance Communication Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement  (ISPI). Presented for the second edition of the book Trends and Issues in Instructional Design and Technology(Reiser & Dempsey, Eds.).  Awarded May, 2007.
