The International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI) is developing a self-report instrument to measure instructor competencies. If you are an instructor who works in career and vocational training, higher education, or organizational/workplace settings, you are being asked to participate in a research study that investigates the validity of the IBSTPI 2021 Instructor Standards as a self-report instrument.
If you choose to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete a survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.
