IBSTPI is drafting a new version of our official Code of Ethics for practitioners in the learning and development profession (e.g., instructors, instructional designers, etc.).
We are seeking experts in any role (e.g., instructor, instructional designer, etc.) in the learning and development profession with at least five years of professional experience to help us draft our new Code of Ethics.
This process will use an online Delphi method with three rounds of data collection: we will first collect open-ended data in round one and closed-ended data in rounds two and three to establish consensus among our panel of experts.
Please consider shaping the ethical conduct of learning and development professionals worldwide. As a token of our appreciation, we will share a final, board-approved draft of the Code of Ethics upon completion and approval.
